Mashing Instructions: 

Mash at 150F for 60 minutes


1.75 oz Styrian Goldings Pellet 4.0% 60
1.50 oz Hallertauer Mittelfruh Pellet 3.8% 15
2.00 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker Whole 2.3% 2


Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

Special Instructions / Notes: 

No-Sparge Batch. First runnings only into boil kettle.
Candi Sugar added for last 60 minutes of boil
There were problems with starting the boil due to a problem with the propane cooker. Was transfered and boiled in the Mash Tun. (Possible HSA concerns?)
