3.3 lbs Breiss Wheat Liquid Malt Extract
0.50 lb Carafa
0.25 lb Weyermann Wheat Malt

Mashing Instructions: 

Steep in 3 quarts water at 150F for 60 minutes

Hops: 

0.25 oz Horizon Pellet 10.0 60
0.25 oz Horizon Pellet 10.0 30

Yeast: 

Wyeast 3056 Bavarian Wheat

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Second Runnings of Falconsclaws
Steeped the Carafa and Wheat Malt for color and flavor
Experimental beer using new Horizon hops. Turned into a dunkled due to an accidental mis-pitch of Wyeast 3056.
