Your brewery tour pass includes lunch from ISM + 4 pints of beer (tax & tip included as well!)! You will be given a wristband and 4 beer tickets upon check-in at our first stop (ISM) so the bar keeps know you're part of the flock.

Lunch choices:

• Backyard Burger w/ Cheese - It is a classic burger! Flame grilled house beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, burger spread, & pickles.
• Lusuphone Legend - Piri Piri Chicken sando: Chicken marinated in citrusy-spicy piri piri sauce then grilled, topped with swiss cheese, marinated kale, Japanese pickled cucumbers, & pickled onion, with a smear of parsley aioli, all served on a toasted brioche bun.
• Fungus Amongus - Jerk Mushroom Sando: Roasted cremini mushroom caps brushed with our house-made rude boy (jerk) sauce topped with tangy citrus slaw, corn succotash, & crispy shallots all on a french roll w/ a garlic confit smear
• Eggy Pop - Tangy & bright egg salad sando: pickled-egg salad, chicharrones, parsley aioli, and creole inspired gambit sauce served on sliced brioche.
• Tired of Taxation - Fried Bologna sando but elevated: bologna & american cheese, with tomatoes, romaine, & our special mayo/mustard blend between two slices of brioche and cooked to perfection on the flat top.
• Side options: Handcut Fries, Corn Succotash, Citrus Slaw, or Mediterranean Pasta Salad

So let's head south to Long Beach on the Metro Link train to enjoy some cold beers during Labor Day weekend! The super affordable train ticket allows us to jump off just a couple short blocks away from our first 3 stops (5th St. station) then an easy .9 mile walk up Long Beach Boulevard to visit our buddy Sterling! Luckily the Anaheim St. train station is kitty corner from Trademark so you can hop on whenever you would like to head north.
