Notes
Yeast: Slurry from bottom of Westveteren 8 bottle grown up to slurry from 15 gallon batch. Special Instructions / Notes: Start inverting sugar right away. Afterwards, bring sugar and water to boil and boil down to thick dark syrup over course of 4 hours. Take first runnings of wort and boil to dark caramel. Add both back to main boil at 60 minute mark. |
