1 cup Cane Sugar
1 cup Turbinado Sugar
2.5 G Drinking Water
4 oz Ginger, grated
1 tbsp #1 China Ginger, Powdered (Spice House)
32 oz Trader Joe's Just Blueberry Juice
Combine 2 cups of sugar with 2 cups of water, stirring to dissolve the sugar while bring the syrup to a boil.
Add the ginger and boil for 10 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer, add to keg.
Add ~1 gallon of water and blueberry juice, close keg, shake to combine.
Add remaining water, shake and chill overnight
Force carbonate at 30 PSI for 10 minutes (shaking) for fizz.
Serve cold!
