This month's Happy Hour features a unique LA brewery - Solarc Brewing in Glassell Park. Solarc started as a secret underground homebrew project that grew into a little space along the 2 Freeway. They specialize in beers with "different" ingredients and a number of different spins on the notion of a gruit.
We want to get these beers ordered and ready for delivery over the weekend!
