Beautiful pink color and a sweet fruit/honey character will warm the heart of an female on her special day. I have made this recipe for 3 different weddings.

15# Raspberry or orange blossom honey
3# frozen raspberries

Mashing Instructions: 

Bring honey and water to 180 degrees, hold for 15 minutes. Force chill.

Extra Ingredients: 

Super-super food

Yeast: 

Cote de Blanc

Special Instructions / Notes: 

Primary fermentation, 1 month.

Blender raspberries and add to secondary. Rack of fruit after 1 week.

Bottle after 4 months.
