December 2014 club brew at the shop. Led by Chris Moon, Donovan Nebreklievski and Alex Samovitz, the Falcons brewed a Belgian stout. Thanks to a good dose of candi sugar, OG clocked at 1.090. It was a little chilly and there were a few problems, like the grain mill having an attritude and the mash tun's sparge manifold being stuck. But overall, a great day.
