April Club Meeting. Judging Scottish and Irish Ales for COC

Our April meeting features Judging Irish and Scottish Ales, BJCP class 9 for the National Club Only Competition. Bring your class 9 beers to the club meeting, the best will be sent to the competition. The club will pay for fees and shipping, so brew up some fine ales and by Faith and Begorrah, you might win!

March Meeting - Judging Stouts for COC

Our March Club meeting features the judging of the March Club Only Competition. Bring your Stouts, BJCP class 13, beers. The best will be sent to the national competition. The club will pay all fees and postage, so just bring your Stouts.

Club Meeting - Chili Cookoff

The Falcons February Club meeting features our Annual MF Chili Cookoff! Bring your any-style Chili in a crock pot. The club will vote on which is their favorite. Every year we have a great selection of delicious mouthwatering meaty and veggie chili! If you like chili you don't want to miss this meeting!

Come join the Maltose Falcons for our monthly club meeting on Sunday Sepetmber 11th at the Home Beer Wine and Cheese Making Shop in Woodland Hills at 12:00 p.m.
Come meet fellow homebrewers, taste some great beer, and make some new friends. We welcome new brewers, and those who are interested in seeing what it is all about. Lunch is also available for a nominal cost.

June Club Meeting

There will not be a club meeting for the month of May due to the many club events that month.
The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday June 5th. at the Home Beer Wine and Cheese Making Shop in Woodland Hills.
Are you new to brewing? Have you been brewing for a while, and are you looking for a group of fellow home brewers to hang out with? Come on by the shop for a fun filled afternoon with The Maltose Falcons. We are the oldest home brew club in the United States.

Monthly Club Meeting

Time to celebrate beer and the month of April!

Our Grand Hydrometer will be rocking with a Bock tasting to get us rolling. Hear the story of Bock beer. Special Note: if you have a homebrewed Bock that you'd like considered for the club's entry in the AHA Club Only Competition, bring it! We'll choose the best to go on and do battle with clubs across the country!

Our burgermeisters will be offering a home cooked lunch

And of course there'll be beer galore for the tasting!

Membership Meeting - March 6th

Time for our monthly meeting at the Home Beer Wine Cheesemaking Shop!

Join us in the clubhouse as we sample homebrews, have a fine lunch and try a fine selection of Barleywines!

Club meeting Sunday November 14th 12:00 p.m.

The November club meeting will be held on Sunday the 14th. Anyone who is interested in good beer and home brewing is welcome to attend. We are a friendly group of people that love beer, and we love spreading the word about it. Just bring a few bottles, growler, or keg of home brew to share with the attendees. You can talk about your beer, and receive friendly critique from experienced brewers. Learn tips and techniques too. Never brewed before? Come on by to see how to get started.
