This was the "starter" Saison that I brewed to generate my yeast cakes for the "Big Ghost". Don't discount this little guy, he's a keeper.

0.5 lbs Cara-Pils

1.5 lbs Light Brown Sugar

Mashing Instructions: 

Mash at 150F for 60 minutes

Hops: 

1.5 oz Hallertauer Tradition (6%) 60 minutes
1.0 oz Styrian Goldings (2.6%) 20 minutes

Yeast: 

Fantome Yeast (2 bottles)

Special Instructions / Notes:
