Special Note for History: This is the very first batch of beer brewed on the
Falcons Pilot Brewery Mk II. The system, based around stainless steel pool
filters, was designed and built by Kent Fletcher. With a full barrel capacity,
an electronically controlled HLT with a built in HERMs coil, a tipping mash tun
and more bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at, the new brewery is a
beauty that should serve the club well for years. Photos of the first brew session are here.
