Di's been entering the annual chili cookoff for a few years now and has always hovered near the top
of the entrants. This year she took the top prize, receiving a free year's membership and a 12 pack of 2004 Sierra Nevada
Bigfoot for her winning chili recipe.

| Directions |
| Prep (Day before): |
|
Soak beans and then cook with pork fat back. Drain and discard pork.

| Cooking: |
|
Combine all ingredients except onions, salt and pepper and cook slowly. Add onions and spice to taste before serving.
