This was a beer that I brewed to take advantage of the new White Labs German Bock strain, which is reputedly the Ayinger strain. Since Ayinger Maibock is one of my favorite German beers, that's where I started. This was brewed in the second week of April, lagered until the first week of July and then kegged until Oktoberfest.
