This recipe is the first beer that we produced for the 30th Anniversary celebration in 2004. John Aitchison led this particular brew, a double decocted Adambier. This beer will be aged at leat 19 months before being served. You'll note the greater than expected yield from the recipe which we speculate was from the decoction.
