This recipe was a test of using the shop system as a modified HERMs. To do our temperature increases we pumped wort out of the mash tun and up through an immersion chiller suspended in the HLT. With little to no stirring we had a nice ramping mash temperature and a good clear beer.

This recipe is virtually identical to the April Wheat recipe from last year. The beer is intended to be a clean and light wheat beer designed for easy summer drinking.
