" Left Coast Nectar "by Todd Etzel, Monrovia, CA For 5 gallons: Grains: 10 lbs. domestic 2-row pale malt. 1.5 lbs. 40 L. crystal Adjuncts: Hops: 1.75 oz. Northern Brewer pellets, 8.0% A.A., boiled 60 min. 1 Yeast: Wyeast #2112 California Lager, in 1/2 liter starter. Water: Bottled drinking water, amended with 1 teaspoon gypsum.
