India Pale Ale

" My IPA "

For 5 gallons:

Grains: 9 lbs. English 2-row.  2 lbs. Klages.  1 lb. Crystal 20 L.

Adjuncts: None

Hops: 1.5 oz. Columbus flowers, boiled 60 min.  1 oz. U.K. Northdown
flowers, boiled 15 min.  1/2 oz. Brambling Cross flowers, added at
end of boil.  1 oz. Goldings pellets, dry hopped. 

Yeast: Wyeast London Ale. 

Water: Bottled

Procedure: Mash at 155 F. for 60 min.  Sparge with water at 170 F.
Total boil time 90 min.  Ferment two-stage at 65 F.  Prime with corn
sugar at bottling.  O.G. 1.060, F.G. 1.018.
