Belgian Biscuit malt. 4 oz. Belgian Aromatic malt. Adjuncts: 6 lbs. Australian dark dry malt extract. 4 oz. Wheat Solids. Hops: 1.25 oz. Bullion pellets, boiled 97 min. 0.75 oz. Kent Goldings pellets, boiled 97 min. 1.25 oz. Fuggles pellets, boiled 30 min. Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale, in starter. Water: Filtered tap water, amended with 1 teaspoon chalk.
