Saaz leaf, 4.8% A.A., boiled 60 min. Yeast: Wyeast #2206. Water: Carbon filtered. Procedure: Double decoction: Strike 123 F. for 90 min.; decoction rest at 155 F. for 20 min, boil for 30 min. Strike 148 F.; decoction rest at 161 F. for 15 min., boil for 30 min. Mash out at 170 F. Total boil time 90 min. Ferment primary 10 days at 48 F., lager in kegs. O.G. 1.060, F.G. not stated.
