"Angel City Ale"

For 15 gallons:

Grains: 18 lbs. American 2-row. 3 lbx. light carastan. 3 lbs. carastan.

Hops: 3 oz. Tettnang leaf, boiled 60 min.

Yeast: Wyeast #1968 ESB.

Water: Carbon filtered.

Procedure: Mash: 123 F. for 20 min., 149 F. for 30 min., 159 F. for 30 min., mash out at 170 F. Total boil time 90 min. Ferment at 65 F. for 10 days. O.G. 1.050, F.G. not stated.
