American 2-row pale malt (70%). 1.5 lbs. 40 L. Caramel malt (10%). 12 oz. CaraPils malt (5%). 12 oz. 80 L. Caramel malt (5%). 12 oz. Belgian Munich malt (5%). 7 oz. 120 L. Caramel malt (3%). 5 oz. Domestic Chocolate malt (2%). Extracts: None Hops: 20 IBU from Cluster hops, no finishing hops. Yeast: Wyeast American Lager, from starter. Water: Vending machine drinking water. Procedure: Mash at 120 F. for 20 min., 150 F. for 30 min., 160 F. for 30 min. Mash out at 170 F. Total boil time 70 min., boil hops for 60 min.
