Ok, so I've got an article due in short order for Zymurgy covering Dark and Amber Lagers. Of course, since its me, I'm going to focus on things of a slightly more unusual bent.

 

What's your favorite Dark Lager recipe? Get it in here by the end of the week (August 21st) and it may just make into Zymurgy!
