Well, here it is, the classic stovetop all-grain setup. Got a small kitchen and an apartment? All Grain is easily in your reach. The pots are used as an end tables when not
being brewed with.

The HLT is a 50L Italian pot with a couple of handles tacked onto the kettle.

The mash tun is a 13 gallon pot with a manifold bottom.

To run off the wort, a bucket or keg is used to hold the boil pot at the right height.

The drop off right into the kettle.

To vorlauf the mash bed, I run straight into a couple of containers in the boiler. Simply switch the hose around while you return the wort to the top.

Here the vorlauf is complete and it's time to gather the brew for boiling. Pretty no?

It takes a while to get 7 gallons of wort to boil on my kitchen stove, but it finally gets going.

Running some Sani-clean through the chiller and collecting it below for later use. The chiller is a
Heart's Homebrew Super Chiller.
It works well even with the warmer water during the Los Angeles summer.
