Time to escape the heat with a return to our favorite mountain campsite, McGill on Mt. Pinos. At 7,500 feet, you can guarantee a cool trip (20F cooler than LA in general) in the midst of a mountain pine forest. To top it off the Maltose Falcons Brews Band will be playing, awesome food will be had for dinner and the Falcons will have copious amounts of beer available for the pouring. Please remember to bring water as the McGill site has no running water. Also, if you are planning to arrive early on Friday, the reservation is under Kent Fletcher.
