Activities
Lake Arrowhead (9/10) details discussed. Board agreed to have John. A create a spreadsheet and to get input from members.
Oktoberfest: (10/21-23)
Silent auction - raffle tickets discussed (dispose of clubhouse stuff)
Games: corn hole, keg toss, stein holding
Raise the price of tickets this year? Board approved $30 and $50 for RV
Cullen is coming up with artwork for a banner and also for steins that need to be ordered ASAP.
Purchase of button machine by Cullen was temporarily approved by Ilan.
End of Season Beach Day was discussed, possibly Oct 23
Next Shop Brew day TBD, led by Ilan
Brewery Collab: Bravery Oct 1
Competitions
Meeting scheduled for 9/19 at John A’s place to analyze what caused previous issues, and to discuss best practices going forward.
